About the role
- Pre-qualify prospects using internal tools (e.g., Catchlight) and direct phone conversations
- Identify unqualified leads and professionally manage “uninvites” when necessary
- Collect additional information via calls or online forms to ensure lead suitability
- Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients and confirm attendance to reduce no-shows
- Maintain a high stick rate of confirmed appointments
- Engage with warm and cold leads from a large database and conduct strategic outreach
- Nurture leads into appointments or redirect them into alternative marketing channels
- Work closely with marketing and sales to align outreach strategy and provide regular updates
- Input and track all activity in Salesforce CRM
- Render all services remotely in alignment with the agreed scope of work
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation (financial services industry preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to professionally handle objections and disqualify leads
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable internet, computer, and headset for remote work
- Ability to follow client-supplied SOPs, timelines, and service expectations
- Availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST (may align with client preferred schedule)
