About the role
- Answer and return all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule estimates for new installations and repair services
- Organize and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Prepare, review, and maintain contracts and permits
- Ensure all 811 utility locate requests are current and properly documented
- Accurately read and interpret site plans to support project planning and execution
- Follow client-supplied SOPs, timelines, and service expectations
- Perform services remotely and may be matched with one or more clients
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with permitting processes and contract documentation
- Experience with reading site plans or construction drawings
- Proficiency in email and scheduling tools
- English language; Neutral accent preference
- Ability to work EST shift hours
- Minimum 30 hours/week
- Junior level experience tier
- Independent contractor engagement (not an offer of employment)
