Review AI-generated social media posts for accuracy, formatting, and scheduling; ensure posts are properly queued and published across platforms.
Monitor automation workflows and execute pre-defined automation steps using Airtable, Make.com, and N8N; troubleshoot minor issues and escalate as needed.
Manage podcast guest scheduling, confirmations, and email automation follow-ups; maintain podcast calendar and coordination.
Join Zoom calls to assist with moderation (muting participants, managing chat) and take detailed meeting notes to share with stakeholders.
Handle client scheduling and rescheduling requests, assist with email correspondence, and perform general administrative support tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/coordination role.
Familiarity with AI content tools, Airtable, Make.com, and N8N (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English); neutral accent preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with podcast scheduling/coordination is a plus.
