About the role

  • Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct outbound cold calls for lead generation and customer follow-ups
  • Provide business and administrative support, including KPI tracking and report generation
  • Assist with drafting and maintaining SOPs and other business documents
  • Track KPIs and generate reports
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer needs effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Languages: English (Minimal accent preferred)
  • Gender preference: Female (mentioned)
  • Requested experience tier level: Junior Level
  • Min hours/week: 30 hours/week
  • Shift availability: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (CST); Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM (CST)
