About the role
- Manage a portfolio of 30–50 automotive clients, overseeing their 5-day onboarding process
Conduct brief (15–20 min) intro calls to gather onboarding details
Host client-facing video launch calls to set expectations, train on lead software, and present ad creative before campaigns go live
Lead regular check-in calls to address revenue tracking, performance, and software concerns
Provide timely client communication via Telegram (within 24 hours; typically faster for urgent issues)
Coordinate deliverables with internal teams (editors, media buyers) to ensure quality and on-time execution
Help maintain a client churn rate of 5% or less by delivering results and solving problems quickly
Thrive in a performance-driven, high-volume environment and bring value daily to the team
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success
Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred
Passion for cars or knowledge of the auto service industry is a huge plus
Familiarity with services such as Vinyl Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, PPF, Powder Coating, Tinting, Wheel Repair, etc., is a bonus
