About the role

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, coordinating onboarding and training
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding of drivers
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
  • Track training, attendance, and time-off requests
  • Support benefits administration
  • Coordinate scheduling, shifts, meetings, routes, and other operational activities
  • Review and approve PTO requests
  • Reconcile invoices, collect receipts, track inventory, and place purchase orders
  • Audit HR and operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to employee inquiries as the primary point of contact
  • Prepare reports and submit required documentation

Requirements

  • Proficiency in ADP and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday/Sunday
  • Female candidates preferred
  • English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Near-native to native English accent preferred
