About the role
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, coordinating onboarding and training
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding of drivers
- Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
- Track training, attendance, and time-off requests
- Support benefits administration
- Coordinate scheduling, shifts, meetings, routes, and other operational activities
- Review and approve PTO requests
- Reconcile invoices, collect receipts, track inventory, and place purchase orders
- Audit HR and operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries as the primary point of contact
- Prepare reports and submit required documentation
Requirements
- Proficiency in ADP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday/Sunday
- Female candidates preferred
- English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Near-native to native English accent preferred
