Participate in exercise execution through data collection efforts
Feed post-event reconstruction for analysis of warfighting capability objectives
Provide warfare analysis, mission integration, M&S support and architecture assessments
Provide acquisition analysis and support, and analytic program support to Fleet exercise and experimentation
Lead assessments and strategic analysis for multi-domain programs, including long-range fires, UAS, precision strike, and integrated warfare systems
Data analysis for Operator-in-the-Loop (OITL) activities and LVC wargaming
Deliver structured trade-space analyses and mission impact assessments
Interface with government clients and provide data-backed insight
Support development of acquisition strategies, requirements traceability, and operational integration
Collaborate with DoD stakeholders to synthesize priorities into roadmaps
Translate analytical findings into briefings for senior leaders and decision-makers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration (MBA), Aviation Systems, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical or operational discipline
Strong knowledge of capability development lifecycle and acquisition frameworks (JCIDS, PPBE, AoA)
20+ years of experience in military operations, defense acquisition, or capability development
Active TS/SCI Clearance required
DAWIA Level III (or equivalent) certification in Program Management
Familiarity with OSD CAPE, OPNAV, or Joint Staff processes
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and brief SES/flag officer–level stakeholders
Experience with modeling, simulation, or operations research tools
