About the role
- Identify and implement business development projects relating to new products, industries, technologies, or services
- Identify markets, licensing opportunities, and determine feasibility of product development
- Perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities and/or business models
- Coordinate with internal departments and work with sales, marketing, and potential customers to determine needs
- Develop and disseminate information to pertinent parties concerning fulfillment of project goals and objectives
- Work within a team to mature technological capabilities and develop prototype designs
- Support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program
- Work with government customers and represent the organization with customers in absence of PM/Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience across a breadth of disciplines to include but not limited to business development, strategy, contract management, supply chain project management, procurement, and/or other cross-disciplinary teams
- Master's Degree and 6 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position
- 6 years working with modern military weapon systems and demonstrating a technical understanding of the weapon systems to meet customer needs
- Experience working with government customers and maintaining long standing relationships
- Current active DoD Top Secret Clearance / eligible to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) read-ins
- Experience in one or more of the following: Design, development, and/or integration of strategic systems and subsystems; Integrated hardware/software verification & validation experience; Integration of actuation system into overall vehicle system; Understanding of architecture design, specification development, requirements definition, and functional modeling; Experience across multiple NG business groups
- Preferred: Previous experience working with PEOs/Acquisition elements (OSD/SCO, USAF RCO, USN Strategic Systems Program, STRATCOM, AFRL, DARPA, Space Force, Missile Defense Agency, MPO)
- Preferred: Previous experience developing and implementing customer engagement plans from action officer to SES/GOFO level
- Preferred: Active TS/SCI security clearance with current SAP access
- Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of business development or program execution experience with a Bachelor of Science in a STEM degree

- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance
