Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts by understanding their needs and determining fit
Conduct engaging conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and communicate value
Research and gather information on target accounts to create outreach strategies and maximize engagement
Create a qualified pipeline for Account Executives ensuring smooth transition in sales process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and prospect interactions within CRM
Collaborate regularly with Account Executives and sales managers to prioritize outreach efforts and refine approaches
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities generated
Continuously learn about products, services, and market landscape to effectively communicate value proposition
Utilize feedback and coaching tools to improve calls, emails, outreach, and objection-handling techniques
Requirements
Must communicate in German fluently both verbally and in written form
0-1+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles
Demonstrates a genuine interest in a sales career and understanding the sales process
Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
Comfortable engaging with new people and building rapport over phone, email, and social media
Business acumen; foundational grasp of how businesses operate including common challenges and importance of revenue generation
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as standard office software
Aptitude for learning new technology including CRM systems and sales engagement tools
