Designer

• Lead and support in the creative development and execution of all 3D design elements on a project (medium to large scale), including thorough floor plans, accurate 3D models, environmental design, and polished renderings for presentations
• Work as part of a Creative team, collaborating with 2D designers, Art Directors and writers, as well as with a larger team of Producers and Account Managers.
• Participate in the creative ideation phase and brainstorms to contribute innovative ideas
• Develop original spatial design concepts and art direction through AI applications, mood boards and sketches
• Deliver and present design deliverables directly to clients, articulating design decisions to sell work
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients, addressing their needs and incorporating feedback into design revisions
• Design with close attention to project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Lead site visits and surveys to gather accurate data for design implementation
• Ensuring alignment of furniture, props and decor with design concepts and project requirements
• Co-manage fabrication vendors in collaboration with Production, creating and managing build lists for quotes, and performing value engineering as necessary
• Ensure execution aligns with design specifications during install

Environmental Designer

Business Analyst

• Clean and process datasets (small scale ad hoc to 20M+ records) to ensure accuracy, consistency, & analytical readiness across projects.
• Design and manage interactive dashboards using BI tools to provide visibility into key metrics.
• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives that satisfy both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
• Develop and support models to evaluate campaign performance, forecast outcomes, and budget planning.
• Define and evolve data strategy in collaboration with clients, client services, and leadership teams, identifying opportunities to improve how we collect, store, and leverage data.
• Collaborate with decision makers to define analytical requirements and deliver prompt , reliable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Design, deploy, and analyze surveys to capture audience insights and stakeholder feedback to inform marketing strategy and campaign decisions.
• Develop spatial analyses and interactive maps to inform logistical planning, route optimization, and event site strategy.
• Apply rigorous data quality practices (deduplication, outlier detection, and reconciliation) to ensure analyses are built on clean, reliable foundations.

Insights Analyst

Account Executive

• Assist with the day-to-day management and strategic development of client’s sponsorship portfolio, with a focus on NFL team and league rights
• Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed, across both NFL teams and league events
• Participate in the development, planning, and implementation of sponsorship programs, including customized activations/promotions at marquee sporting events
• Liaise with internal divisions, external stakeholders, and third party vendors as needed in the execution of events to ensure activities and services meet protocol and brand standards
• Create and maintain client-ready materials, such as POVs, recommendations, and activation plans
• Build and manage timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met within allocated timeframe and budget
• Manage the client & property approvals process and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of client
• Collaborate with internal creative staff, develop creative briefs, assist with preparation of creative presentations, ensuring that the client’s brand is accurately represented
