Art Director

Account Executive

• Serve as the central regional sponsorship advisor across Latin America.
• Your role is to help local markets translate global sponsorship strategies into locally relevant business opportunities and plans.
• Help lead strategy, planning, coordination and execution of Client’s global sponsorship strategy, rights utilization, governance, contractual sponsorship asset fulfillment, management and optimization across multiple sports properties, including FIFA and IOC throughout Latin America.
• Provide guidance on FIFA, IOC and other property-specific rights and approval processes, ensuring compliant and effective use of sponsorship assets throughout the LAC region.
• Navigate and align cross functional stakeholder groups across different teams including: Sponsorships, Brand, Product, Marketing Services, and Hospitality to drive integrated partnership solutions.
• Interact with and manage day-to-day communication with Client, their internal and external stakeholders, properties, talent agents, partner agencies, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in the activation of sponsorships.
• Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities across evolving sports, enter-tainment, and influencer ecosystems - proactively mitigating risks and accelerating growth for Client’s sponsorship portfolio.
• Provide strategic and conceptual counsel to Client to achieve optimization of the sponsorship and talent portfolio and drive value for the brand and its clients across diverse Latin American markets.
• Partner with the brand’s Client Marketing and Sponsorship teams to identify, develop, and commercialize sponsorship assets, experiences, and engagement opportunities for the brand’s clients across the region.

Business Development Rep

• Business Development operates as the engine of 160over90, forming prospective clients’ impressions of the agency, effectively shaping the client portfolio, and ensuring ample workflow.
• The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in tracking and reporting new business and organic growth opportunities as they progress through the pipeline, chronicling wins in real-time, and analyzing win records/ratios by discipline.
• In addition, the Manager works closely with the larger Business Development team to research prospects and to help craft highly customized proposals and presentations.
• They also have a hand in optimizing business development organizational processes—helping to maintain a library of proposals, presentations, and best-in-class client work samples, as well as coordinating and developing content for departmental workshops, planning sessions, and agency-wide trainings.
• Maintain an understanding of 160over90’s business model, the branding process, value proposition, full-service capabilities, active client portfolio, and prime revenue generation sources
• Maintain accurate records of all new business wins and losses, year over year
• Input, update, and ensure the accuracy of all deals (organization, opportunity, timing, financials, likelihood) in the agency’s CRM—in real-time or every week, working hand-in-hand with new business leads and account managers
• Prepare weekly new business reports and leadership updates on active deals, newly awarded work, and the health of the agency’s overall pipeline

• Maintain a library of best-in-class client work samples, regularly collecting new agency work in the market and related branding results

• Lead and support in the creative development and execution of all 3D design elements on a project (medium to large scale), including thorough floor plans, accurate 3D models, environmental design, and polished renderings for presentations
• Work as part of a Creative team, collaborating with 2D designers, Art Directors and writers, as well as with a larger team of Producers and Account Managers.
• Participate in the creative ideation phase and brainstorms to contribute innovative ideas
