• Drive innovative well-rounded and actionable market and shopper insights across combustibles and non-combustible categories (if applicable) in Vietnam using a multitude of data and insights sources

Business Insights Manager

Account Manager

• Define and lead nationwide Key Account (Modern Trade) strategy, covering convenience stores chains, local/independent marts and airport vendors, aligned with Trade Development priorities, brand portfolio direction and channel growth opportunities
• Drive end-to-end performance tracking, covering volume, share, pricing, visibility, portfolio and out-of-stock, ensuring timely communication on variances and corrective actions to both Key Accounts and internal partners

• Develop raw material supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory policies.
