About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform trade data entry in the system accurately and timely
- Preparation and provide support for the trade documents, reports
- Perform traffic data entry, check and archive documents
- Support on any paperwork required in order to formalize the commercial contracts with suppliers and clients
- Support any other Trade/ Finance/ Traffic tasks when requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, data entry, or administrative support
- Familiarity with trade documentation and commercial contract processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment
