About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform trade data entry in the system accurately and timely
Preparation and provide support for the trade documents, reports
Perform traffic data entry, check and archive documents
Support on any paperwork required in order to formalize the commercial contracts with suppliers and clients
Support any other Trade/ Finance/ Traffic tasks when requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, data entry, or administrative support
Familiarity with trade documentation and commercial contract processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment
