Technical Account Manager

• OWN THE TECHNICAL SUCCESS OF TOP TIER CUSTOMERS
• Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic top tier customers.
• Lead the technical handoff from Sales Engineering to ensure continuity from implementation into ongoing operations.
• Build deep relationships with technical stakeholders, architects, platform owners, and engineering leaders.
• DRIVE PLATFORM HEALTH, SCALABILITY, AND PERFORMANCE
• Continuously assess customer deployments to identify risks around scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide strategic recommendations for platform improvements, upgrades, optimizations, and architectural changes.
• Guide customers on automation and workflow best practices when they impact platform performance, reliability, or scalability.
• MANAGE ESCALATIONS AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
• Oversee technical support intake, issue management, critical incidents, and high-severity support cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses with Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Keep customers informed with timely communication, clear resolution plans, and proactive risk management.
• TURN CUSTOMER INSIGHTS INTO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
• Analyze support activity, recurring issues, usage patterns, and operational risks to drive preventative action plans.
• Triage technical product issues, bugs, and feature requests, ensuring feedback is accurately captured internally, and tracking through to completion with product & engineering.
• Share structured customer insights with Product and Engineering to improve platform outcomes at scale.
• Identify and address technical product gaps surfaced by enterprise customers, from triaging bugs and feature requests to contributing lightweight fixes, workflow improvements, or pull requests where appropriate, partnering with Product and Engineering to get high-impact improvements adopted.

• develop deep understanding of each client's business model, operational structure, and strategic goals
• own ongoing client engagement across onboarding, training, adoption, and lifecycle activities
• provide consultative guidance on Orion platform capabilities across multiple functional areas
• anticipate client risks and opportunities by monitoring usage patterns and service trends
• lead periodic business reviews with clients to assess adoption and satisfaction
• manage client inquiries and service issues by coordinating cross-functional teams
• oversee execution of customized workflows aligned to client operating models
• maintain accurate client documentation including reference guides and service records
• serve as project lead for client initiatives, coordinating SMEs, Product, and Development teams
• act as escalation point for complex client situations requiring advanced judgment
• plan and lead onsite or virtual strategic sessions to strengthen executive relationships

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for assigned accounts, understanding their business goals and how our solutions support them.
• Provide proactive technical guidance and support throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation to renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Own and manage technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular account reviews and roadmap sessions to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion based on customer needs and usage patterns.
• Monitor and report on account health, usage metrics, and support trends.

• Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on customers’ implementations by understanding their top business goals and priorities
• Understand customers' technical infrastructure, hardware, processes, and products
• Deliver key portfolio updates and assist customers with product upgrades
• Inform customers of technology changes or potential disruptions to their service and advise them on mitigation strategies
• Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide issue escalation with Red Hat and customer teams
• Provide advice and guidance to customers about their current and future use of Red Hat’s offerings
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues
• Manage customer cases and maintain clear and concise case and customer documentation; craft customer engagement plans
• Build a sense of trust with customers and serve as their advocate within Red Hat
• Engage with Red Hat Engineering teams to help develop solutions, based on customer engagements, as well as personal experience, that guide platform adoption
• Ensure a high level of customer experience with each qualified engagement
• Analyze and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer leadership
• Establish and maintain parity with Red Hat’s open hybrid cloud strategy
• Deliver trainings and presentations to customers’ staff
• Travel, as necessary, to visit customers or internal events

Technical Account Manager – Platform

• Coordination with Aramark Project Managers and Schedules
• Asset & Space Inventory
• Oversees implementation team during asset and space collection at Aramark’s client locations
• Schedules time to complete digital twin scanning and asset collection with on-site team
• Hosts daily safety moments and assures everyone has the appropriate PPE
• Identifies any safety hazards and puts processes in place to avoid injuries. Target zero injuries.
• Lays out the routes and uses a 3D LiDAR Camera to capture space data
• Captures Maintainable HVAC, MEP, and Life Safety Asset Data using Aramark’s I-QC App
• Documents service delivery metrics, analyzes data, and reports outcomes and recommendations for process improvements
• Continuously looks for means to improve the Aramark Space & Asset Inventory Program
• Project management, schedules, and Installs AIWX (IoT) sensors for facilities management
• Performs data analytics on all data captured and imports into Aramark’s software systems
• Responsible for quality control and the accuracy of the virtual model and data
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project
