Senior Software Account Representative
ThryvSenior Software Account Representative increasing Thryv's SaaS client base by engaging existing clients and pursuing new opportunities. Working for a leading SaaS and platforms provider for small businesses.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help grow local business market share
- Defend small business America and the American Dream
- Work with existing clients and hunt for new business
- Become SaaS (software as a service) experts
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Thryv can grow their business
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)
- 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required
- Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
- Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
- 25% driving requirement and valid drivers license. Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)
