Technical Account Manager

• Participate in project-level technical due diligence for new investments and loans from origination through approval and operations for renewable energy investments as well as project finance expansion within the Energy and Power verticals.
• Identify potential risk areas and key issues for additional review, and/or detailed analysis and assessment and possible mitigation approaches.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to evaluate issues and identify solutions.
• Track emerging industry issues, developments and trends in technical areas relevant to the business pipeline.
• Provide input on 3rd party technical due diligence scope and oversee activities of outside technical consultants.
• Assess technical aspects of customer’s financial models, customer/equipment experience, and customer/equipment performance.
• As needed, inspect assets being considered for financing and assets associated with existing investments.
• Produce internal written documentation relating to the findings and mitigants of technical, equipment, market, and commercial issues and communicate insights to internal parties including Credit Risk Management and Environmental Finance management.
• Assist asset management personnel in identifying, investigating and resolving equipment and portfolio performance issues.
• Establish technical policies, procedures, and training documentation for accomplishing Environmental Finance group’s tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of Project Management policies and processes by periodically leading or co-leading the underwriting, structuring, and negotiating of investments in projects that contain unique technical aspects.
• Support Asset Management technical needs and requests related to existing large portfolio of assets and incorporate asset and equipment performance experience into underwriting standards.
• Support Business Development in screening investment opportunities, evaluating the developing trends in renewable energy, and setting standards for investment in emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the renewable energy technical community including independent engineers, equipment suppliers, and service providers.
• Collaborate with peers, counterparties, and third-party consultants to resolve issues and negotiate solutions.
• 10% travel to perform periodic site visits, attend conferences, and customer meetings.

Environmental Finance – Engineering Technical Services Manager

• Be the NX1 technical voice across the customer's daily technical operations — architecture review boards, security reviews, design discussions, integration planning, platform governance forums
• Hold architectural credibility with the customer's senior engineers, architects, and platform team. The bar: you can walk into any of their technical rooms and earn it within the first 20 minutes
• Translate between the customer's technical reality and NX1's engineering team — escalations, design clarifications, roadmap requests — without losing fidelity in either direction
• Read design documents and ask the right questions; defend or challenge design choices constructively; produce written technical artifacts the customer's review boards take seriously
• Provide technical context that informs but does not replace the work of the Principal SA (when one is deployed at the same account) and the FDEM (when an engagement is active)
• Own the NX1-side technical context for each account you cover — keep engineering, FDEs, product, the SAD, and the AE aligned on what's happening at the customer technically
• Route customer-side technical escalations to the right resource at NX1 (engineering, FDE, Principal SA, DCRE support) without becoming a bottleneck
• Maintain working relationships with the customer's technical middle layer — senior ICs, tech leads, engineering managers — not just the architecture leadership
• Support the AE/SAD on technical pre-renewal conversations and expansion-context preparation, without owning the commercial motion
• Navigate vendor governance at a major enterprise: third-party risk reviews, audit responses, change management, vendor due diligence

• Lead enterprise onboarding sessions and technical discovery with full accountability for outcomes
• Configure the CommandLink ITSM platform: services, workflows, automation rules, escalation policies, and reporting
• Design and implement alerting and monitoring policies aligned to SLAs/SLOs
• Own integrations with external ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice) via APIs/webhooks
• Act as the primary technical owner for assigned enterprise accounts — accountable for adoption, satisfaction, and technical success
• Guide customers in adopting ITSM workflows, monitoring, and AIOps capabilities
• Run QBRs and proactively deliver improvement plans, not just recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, alerting, and integration issues with urgency and precision
• Join customer-facing sales calls as the technical authority on ITSM, monitoring, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with sales engineers to design solutions and ensure requirements are fully addressed
• Deliver platform demos that clearly showcase execution-ready solutions
• Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

• Act as the trusted technology advisor to a base of accounts.
• Act as single point of contact for all complex support requirements as they pertain to the assigned customers’ environment.
• Partner with Flexential Sales to cultivate and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Assist sales and sales engineering in the development of cost effective, operationally supportable solutions that meet complex customer requirements.
• Contribute to Flexential process improvement initiatives tailored to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance improvements, risk assessment on customer environment and provide recommendations.
• Ensure effective ownership, communication, coordination, and facilitation of support service activities between Flexential departments and strategic accounts.
• Lead customer requested meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other service and strategic discussions.
• Represent customer requirements in Flexential product roadmap discussions and governance meetings.
• Document and map customer roadmaps to Flexential pipeline.
• Identify and lead unique continuous improvement activities in support of customer.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget and to satisfaction of client.
• Ensure complete understanding of project scope by technical teams and client.
• Coordinate with the technical teams, vendor(s), and client delivery team to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

Cloud Technical Account Manager

• Actively driving and managing the post sales process with Enterprise-level customers
• Articulating the company's technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
• Identifying all technical and business issues of assigned accounts for customer satisfaction
