Outside Software Account Representative

• Responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base
• Nurture and grow relationships with existing software clients
• Grow the SaaS client base through new sales
• Conduct greater than 50% of work outside of home office
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting
• Execute all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed

• Independently provide ongoing and proactive technical leadership and support to Proofpoint’s strategic customers with little direction
• Manage and monitor support interactions, serving as an internal advocate for strategic customers, responding to customer escalations, and proactively escalating when needed
• Direct crisis and incident response, working with the account team, technical support, operations and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution, while communicating effectively with customers
• Meet regularly with clients, both remotely and on-site, to review support interactions, system status, major issues, upcoming releases, and other pertinent items
• Create and deliver executive customer presentations that outline system performance, potential issues, ROI and suggested forward courses of action
• Develop deep understanding of customer’s business and operational needs
• Maintain deep practical technical knowledge of Proofpoint’s integration within the customer's environment, including network, security, systems administration, and messaging management
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive strategy to meet complex customer requirements utilizing Proofpoint’s solutions
• Provide proactive recommendations that support the customer's requirements, roadmap and ongoing technical needs
• Identify and prioritize short term and long-term goals
• Plan and lead process improvement initiatives tailored to improve customer satisfaction with the services and interaction with the Proofpoint Team
• Plan, document, and identify risks and challenges for production changes that span multiple services or technologies

• Responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales.
• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota.
• While the majority of client interactions can be held remotely, this role is expected to engage with clients face-to-face approximately 25% of the time.
• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs.
• Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).
• Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.

• Provide proactive technical guidance and best-practice recommendations, including how to leverage AI-powered features and workflows, as well as automation capabilities.
• Help customers interpret platform analytics - usage trends, adoption metrics, and health scores - and translate those insights into clear business outcomes and ROI narratives.
• Partner closely with CSMs, Account Executives, Implementation Managers, Support, and Product & Engineering to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Lead regular customer meetings with progress updates, strategic counsel, and actionable next steps.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and process improvement based on customer feedback and usage patterns.
• Manage customer expectations and deliverables through clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

Senior Technical Account Manager

• Must be willing to reside within one hour of Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office HQ
• Achieve mastery of all Axon technologies and products
• Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with VP-level and senior stakeholder audiences within your account
• Use leadership skills to independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a methodical and disciplined manner
• Manage customer expectations, keeping customers satisfied while ensuring expectations remain realistic
• Provide tier-2 technical support
• Provide limited redaction support, primarily in the form of technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting
• Remain organized and focused on removing sales obstacles through creativity and adaptation to rapidly changing circumstances
• Develop relationships with key partners to support growth within the customer account
• Where possible, improve or develop technical documentation to ease understanding and usage of Axon products and services

• Identify and address technical product gaps surfaced by enterprise customers, from triaging bugs and feature requests to contributing lightweight fixes, workflow improvements, or pull requests where appropriate, partnering with Product and Engineering to get high-impact improvements adopted.
