• Enable successful integration of new products, businesses, and value creation into Intel's supply chain.
• Define supply chain requirement gaps and lead integration teams for enabling unique capabilities on product and/or value creation deals roadmap.
• Work closely in partnership with integration leads and across Intel's supply chain organizations, sales, IT, Finance, Legal, and business unit stakeholders
• Design and Deliver integrations in support of the future state of Intel Products Supply Chain planning, objectives, and strategy, including customer program execution
• Advocate for Intel Products needs across a large stakeholder network to translate supply chain capability gaps into business process, data and tool requirements that are scalable to known supply chain transformations

• Develop and optimize supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, and capacity requirements to meet customer demands

• Analyze and resolve inventory challenges, including timing, depth, and efficient flow, to support both short-term and long-term business objectives
• Provide quantitative and qualitative inputs to demand management to balance supply and demand constraints effectively
• Plan, prepare, issue, and control supply chain schedules and materials requirements while ensuring timely execution

• Managing demand and asset planning in a manufacturing environment for Honeywell’s Business Unit.
• Creating, maintaining, and analyzing sales forecasts and production plans at the global account level.
• Conducting formal forecast reviews with Global Sales and Business to identify areas for improvement and measure forecast accuracy.
• Designing and implementing supply chain optimization projects to ensure streamlined operations and responsiveness to market demands.
• Collaborating with leadership in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning Process (STRAP) processes.

Senior Demand Planner – 1st Shift

Director, Supply Chain Transformation

• The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless execution within the assigned area of Ichor’s supply chain.
• Will participate in setting the strategic direction of the supply chain organization and drive continuous improvements that exceed internal and external customer expectations.
• Develops and executes commodity strategies specific to EMS suppliers including PCB fabrication, PCBA, and cable/wire harness assemblies.
• Leads supplier selection and consolidation across EMS partners, including contract manufacturers and direct suppliers.
• Evaluates supplier technical capabilities including DFM/DFX, test strategies, and manufacturing process controls for PCB and cable assemblies.
• Drives should-cost modeling and cost breakdown analysis for PCB (layer count, materials, yield) and cable assemblies (labor content, connectors, routing complexity).
• Manages key supplier relationships, focusing on cost optimization, continuity of supply and resolution of problems.
• Ensures adequate capacity and scalability within EMS suppliers, including fabrication, assembly, and test capacity for PCBAs and cable assemblies, aligning forecasts and managing lifecycle (NPD to EOL).
• Implements Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment contracts, including analysis, coordinates ERP system setup, and ensures contractual alignment.
• Oversees supplier management process, improving key supplier performance metrics through audits, qualifications, scorecards, and improvement plans.
