Supply Chain

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with distribution partners and senior customer stakeholders across the region, serving as the primary liaison to identify business needs, resolve issues, and drive long-term growth opportunities.
• Drive sales growth and market expansion by partnering with distributors and Abbott sales teams to increase product utilization, expand market share, and execute data-driven growth strategies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among distributor sales leadership, Abbott field sales, marketing, and management teams to align priorities, win large opportunities, and maximize channel effectiveness.
• Influence and elevate distributor engagement by building strong partner advocacy, increasing product focus and mindshare within distribution channels, and reinforcing the value of distribution-based selling strategies.
• Establish, monitor, and manage regional performance metrics and sales objectives, evaluating distributor performance against key KPIs and implementing corrective actions to achieve annual revenue goals.
• Conduct routine business reviews with distributor and Abbott leadership, including executive stakeholders, to assess performance, address barriers to success, identify competitive insights, and develop action plans for continued growth.

Distribution Field Manager

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Supervises the daily activities of business support, technicians and/or production teams.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
• Supervises bargaining teams responsible for all warehouse functions including issuing, returning, and receiving material and parts, cycle counting, stocking material, removal of obsolete stock and entering data in the inventory management system.
• Provides daily supervision of teams, ensuring that all relevant standards/procedures are followed.
• Manages logistics on transportation of material and equipment.
• Sets direction and oversees demand management for inventory.

Supervisory Inventory Control

• Supply Chain Engineer responsible for driving improvement to factory manufacturing availability and liaising with the factory on materials gap analysis closure plans.
• Optimize the end-to-end raw material supply chain ensuring low risk and defined business continuity plans.
• Manage and drive quality issues related to supplier safety and quality performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve cost structures and drive performance to outcome-based contracts.
• Lead and mentor less experienced Supply Chain Engineers.

Supply Chain Engineer

• Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning, ensuring accuracy by incorporating product movement, seasonality, and promotional activity.
• Optimize transportation costs through strategic order sizing, load consolidation, and delivery scheduling aligned with network capacity and routing constraints.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inventory Management Analysts to achieve business and performance objectives.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve service issues such as delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Partner with Merchandising, Store Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align inventory plans with business needs and market dynamics.

Manager, Inventory Management

• Manages supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.
• Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.
• Supports the analysis conducted for backlog management.
• Gathers demand data from country and region for demand planning.
• Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Support execution of customer supply chain strategies across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment to sales and inventory goals
• Analyze complex datasets (forecast, inventory, shipments, POS) to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations
• Validate forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks, making adjustments or recommendations to improve alignment with demand and seasonality
• Review and manage customer orders, ensuring appropriate quantities and product flow timing to support sales priorities
• Lead and enhance reporting and KPI tracking; identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and insight quality

Senior Manager, Inventory Control

• Plan and procure quantities of parts necessary to meet aftermarket customer availability goals and inventory levels for an assigned supply base
• Manage order parameters and exceptions
• Manage Critical Order response from Supply Chain to maximize customer uptime
• Resolve and expedite customer back orders and stock orders as necessary to satisfy customer expectations and parts availability targets

• Enable successful integration of new products, businesses, and value creation into Intel's supply chain.
