About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate supply chain agreements, including MSAs, LTAs, NDAs, and SOWs
- Lead negotiations of commercial terms including pricing structures, lead times, and payment terms
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and export control laws
- Serve as a key advisor to Supply Chain and Procurement on contract terms
- Maintain standardized contract templates and assist in audits related to supplier agreements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal, Finance, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in contracts management, procurement or supply chain roles
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating supplier agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial contract terms
- Experience in supporting strategic sourcing and commodity management teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
