Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review, and negotiate supply chain agreements, including MSAs, LTAs, NDAs, and SOWs
Lead negotiations of commercial terms including pricing structures, lead times, and payment terms
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and export control laws
Serve as a key advisor to Supply Chain and Procurement on contract terms
Maintain standardized contract templates and assist in audits related to supplier agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal, Finance, or a related field
5-7+ years of progressive experience in contracts management, procurement or supply chain roles
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating supplier agreements
Strong understanding of commercial contract terms
Experience in supporting strategic sourcing and commodity management teams
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
