About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supply Chain Engineer responsible for driving improvement to factory manufacturing availability and liaising with the factory on materials gap analysis closure plans.
- Optimize the end-to-end raw material supply chain ensuring low risk and defined business continuity plans.
- Manage and drive quality issues related to supplier safety and quality performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve cost structures and drive performance to outcome-based contracts.
- Lead and mentor less experienced Supply Chain Engineers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field and 6+ years of experience OR PhD in the same fields and 4+ years of experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Semiconductor factory operations, supply chain engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or supplier management.
- Root cause analysis and model-based problem solving (MBPS), KPI development, and performance tracking for supply chain operations.
- Project management experience.
- High systems proficiency including all MS applications.
- Excellent data analysis skills and, including forecasting, budget management.
- Data analytical tool experience e.g. Power BI.
