About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.
- Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.
- Supports the analysis conducted for backlog management.
- Gathers demand data from country and region for demand planning.
- Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams.
- Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Establishes and maintains management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to drive business outcomes and operational excellence.
- Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional business unit planning teams.
- Conducts ongoing operational training and readiness for new hires.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations) (preferred)
