• Provide real-time Spanish-to-Spanish and English-to-Spanish captioning services in a variety of settings using approved real-time software
• Provide immediate verbatim translation of spoken Spanish into text so the consumer can read the text on displayed devices as it is created
• Assist consumer(s) with concurrent participation in the communication process by maintaining high-quality standards for captioning services
• Convey the content of the message clearly and accurately
• Work with the SignGlasses staff to resolve any technical issues and any issues around access to materials for captioners and/or consumer
• Provide consumer(s) with a final, edited transcript
• Maintain current backups of real-time dictionaries and user profiles

Spanish CART Captioner

• Responsible for building new and growing existing relationships with agents and agencies to increase revenue from life and annuity sales.
• Actively consult and advise agencies to provide them with value-added strategies to increase their book of business and create effective marketing campaigns to achieve growth goals.
• Develop business plans in targeted markets to acquire, grow, and strengthen distribution relationships.
• Establish and manage strong working relationships with internal and external partners to provide enhanced customer service for all sales and service operations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives

• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Listen to audio recordings and create accurate written transcripts of what is spoken.
• Transcribing audio recordings into text with high accuracy.
• Capturing speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words (e.g., "uh," "um"), repetitions, and incomplete sentences.
• Adding timestamps to match the audio.
• Identifying and labeling different speakers in conversations.
• Marking non-speech events such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio.
