About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care
- Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification
- Masters Degree
- Must live in Georgia
- Fluent in Spanish (required) – able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and families
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.
- Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.
- Strong communication skills
