About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver trained and certified simulation scenarios accurately, reliably, and professionally in alignment with learning objectives
- Portray diverse perspectives and personality profiles using Mursion’s proprietary technology
- Facilitate reflection debriefs with diverse learner populations
- Provide balanced learner feedback and accurate performance scores
- Complete forms, attendance, and other operational session tasks
- Adapt quickly to evolving technology
- Host sessions by welcoming learners, explaining logistics, answering questions, and facilitating reflection
- Establish and enforce stated learner policies and expectations
- Protect learner privacy and follow the Code of Conduct
- Organize and manage availability, session, and work-related schedules
- Prioritize session delivery, training, internal meetings, and assigned tasks
- Remain compliant with delivery-team availability policies and protocols
- Follow internal communications and intellectual-property policies
- Maintain an average target of 80%+ service-delivery billing hours
- Provide clients with accurate, timely feedback forms describing learner experiences
- Create a welcoming, customer-service-oriented host experience representing Mursion
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience as a professional actor
- Improv experience strongly preferred
- Native-proficiency European Spanish and English; able to deliver scenarios in both languages
- Customer-facing work experience outside professional acting, preferably customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time
- Availability for 20–30 hours per week
- Ability to complete a paid 65–85-hour training plan autonomously and on time within 4–6 weeks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Private, quiet work location with strong and stable internet connection
- Wired internet connection required
- Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Must reside in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia
- High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Ability to portray varied age ranges, personality profiles, and industries
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
