Head of Sales Enablement

• Design and own the end-to-end sales process map for both Consumer and Fleet sales, ensuring every stage of the customer engagement journey is clearly defined and consistently followed.
• Establish behavioral standards for how the sales team engages customers at every touchpoint — from first contact through to purchase — ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience that consistently is in line with our brand tone.
• Build and maintain standardized engagement playbooks, scripts, and frameworks that guide sales teams through the customer journey with clarity and confidence.
• Define and document clear processes for outbound sales activity, inbound lead management, follow-up cadences, and escalation paths.
• Develop roadmaps that align all sales processes, tools, and behaviors across Consumer and Fleet teams, ensuring a unified and cohesive approach to selling.
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes based on performance data, field feedback, and evolving business needs.

• Act as a trusted enablement and coordination partner to Sales
• Enable sales teams to understand pricing structures, financial impacts, and deal trade-offs
• Translate complex pricing, financial, and operational analyses into clear, actionable insights
• Support pricing strategy execution and contract development
• Own and maintain accurate sales pipelines for commercial and government segments
• Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
• Analyze deal economics, margin impact, and pricing scenarios
• Design and continuously improve scalable sales enablement and deal support processes
• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports

Sales Enablement Manager

• Own the commercial catalog and pricing strategy for software products, bundles, and add-ons
• Define how offers are modeled in the catalog, including tiers, bundles, discounts, and promotions that support diverse customer segments and channels
• Lead the billing and monetization workstream across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting, order management, rating, invoicing, payments, adjustments, and renewals
• Partner with Finance/Accounting to ensure revenue recognition, taxation, and compliance requirements are met
• Build and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap for catalog, pricing, and billing capabilities across the Commercial Software Platform
• Engage with Commercial Platform Product and Engineering teams to ensure interlock on vision, dependencies, and implementation planning
• Define and track key success metrics (e.g., catalog accuracy, quote cycle time, billing accuracy)
• Establish clear governance for catalog changes, pricing approvals, and discounting policies.

Staff Product Manager, Commercial Sales Enablement

Sales Operations Analyst

• Design and own a structured 30/60/90 onboarding program for new sales reps and account managers
• Build clear milestones, certifications, and ramp tracking that give managers visibility into new hire progress
• Establish a consistent framework for how RevTrak runs discovery, demos, and qualification across the team
• Build playbooks for key selling scenarios: competitive objections, multi-stakeholder deals, and district finance buyer conversations
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure methodology is coached and reinforced, not just documented
• Build the scaffolding that makes managers better coaches — call scorecards, structured 1:1 frameworks, and call review cadences
• Develop onboarding, expansion, and renewal playbooks for our five account managers
• Ensure CS has the skills and materials to drive retention conversations and identify expansion opportunities early
• Act as the traffic controller for existing sales and marketing content — ensuring reps can find and use what already exists, and partnering with Product Marketing to develop net-new materials where gaps exist
• Build a reliable field feedback loop that surfaces what’s working and what’s breaking back to Product Marketing and product

• Drive the systems, insights, and operations behind profitable sales growth.
• Lead sales performance reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual production summaries, with clear insights into trends, pipeline activity, retention, hit ratios, and profitability.
• Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting packages to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure consistency in metric definitions and maintain strong data integrity across all sales reporting tools and systems.
• Monitor and analyze the sales department budget, including tracking variances and forecasting outcomes in partnership with Finance.
• Provide leadership with variance explanations and actionable recommendations to support business performance.
• Serve as the primary business owner of the CRM platform, overseeing configuration, optimization, workflow development, and user adoption.
• Lead agency data management efforts, including data entry oversight, cleansing, normalization, and long-term data strategy development.
• Prepare sales and agency data for future analytics, automation, and predictive modeling initiatives.
• Supervise and develop administrative team members, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day operational workflows including agency data updates, documentation, and contract processing.
• Promote a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Draft, manage, and maintain agency contracts, including licensing records, appointments, compensation structures, and agreements.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract-related inquiries and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all agency relationships and contractual obligations.
• Conduct competitive market research on commissions, incentives, and agency support models to evaluate positioning.
• Identify market trends impacting agent relationships, retention, and sales performance.

• Plan and coordinate sales events, agency meetings, and advisory councils, including logistics, materials, communications, and execution.

• Support training coordination to ensure materials and programs remain relevant and effective.
