• - Own the development and maintenance of strong relationships with Clients, including a complete

• What You’ll Do:

• Performs sales of used and other vehicles intended for sale and is responsible for achieving an individual sales plan and acquiring new customers, in full compliance with all prescribed sales processes
• Ensures cleanliness and proper presentation of vehicles displayed in the showroom, outside the facility, and in stock
• Conducts weekly inspections of vehicle maintenance for vehicles in stock
• Proposes sources for vehicle procurement for stock to the line manager
• Proposes and implements sales and marketing activities in cooperation with the line manager
• Works on acquiring new fleet customers and maintains ongoing contact with potential fleet clients
• Receives vehicles and performs detailed qualitative and quantitative inspections of vehicle condition and equipment upon arrival
• Is responsible for and executes the complete used‑vehicle sales process, from offer to final delivery to the end customer

Sales Consultant III

• Leads Das WeltAuto vehicle sales and is responsible for achieving sales targets and organizing the work of the sector.
• Performs technical coordination activities related to used‑vehicle sales at the Porsche Sever level, including unified advertising on used‑car sales platforms, vehicle display, initiation and preparation of used‑vehicle sales campaigns, management of used‑vehicle stock age, and proposing a used‑vehicle sales plan and implementation activities to the Sales and Service Center Director.
• Manages day‑to‑day operations within the sector in accordance with established standards and processes, and sets and monitors revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
• Communicates with clients in difficult or disputed situations.
• Provides support to Das WeltAuto sales consultants in acquiring new customers and proposes and implements activities for retaining existing clients.
• Analyzes reports with the line manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, evaluating quantitative and qualitative sales results, costs, dealer profitability, and compliance with standards.
• Is responsible for the procurement and inventory of used vehicles and for ensuring compliance with Das WeltAuto work processes and standards.

• Identify, develop, and successfully onboard new B2B partners across the US and EU through highly targeted and structured outbound calling strategies.
• Build, mentor, and oversee online and field B2B sales agents. Set performance targets, monitor activities, review reports, coach underperforming team members, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Build and continuously refine the full sales cycle: scripts, CRM workflows, outreach cadences, and conversion sequences.
• Work in close alignment with our CEO to shape growth strategy, surface market insights, and co-develop new initiatives.
• Own the sales dashboard — forecasting, KPI tracking, and data-driven iteration to optimise what works.
• Build, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key distributors to support market expansion and revenue growth.
