• Develop a deep understanding of our business, our cloud management platform, support and services and how they help our clients, and their needs.
• Maintain knowledge, context and ownership of the customers you are responsible for and own communication with the respective vendor teams in a way to show value and potential opportunities for revenue growth.

• Pitch Reddit’s advertising solutions and community-driven value to local agencies and brands.
• Manage relationships with clients, helping them understand how to best benefit from Reddit advertising.
• Be the voice of the market and share product feedback with Reddit and Aleph.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and cross-functional colleagues to ensure clients succeed.
