About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and discuss business objectives
  • Identify, develop, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Powerfleet portfolio
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify risks that could impact customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development within a B2B environment
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, IoT, telematics, fleet management, or related industries is preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
