About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and discuss business objectives
- Identify, develop, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Powerfleet portfolio
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks that could impact customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development within a B2B environment
- Experience in technology, SaaS, IoT, telematics, fleet management, or related industries is preferred
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
