Sales Support Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics by managing customer orders, shipments, documentation, and delivery timelines
- Support sales operations through administrative assistance, invoices, KYC and EUS processing, managing inventory and coordination with suppliers and internal departments
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order lifecycle
- Maintain operational compliance and efficiency by following internal policies, monitoring daily tasks, and supporting additional business needs as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Estonian
- Successful experience in sales administration or logistics
- Ability to work with IT systems, Excel proficiency
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details, helpfulness and politeness, multitasking
