• Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance to identify opportunities to improve revenue outcomes
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into key revenue metrics such as pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

• You are the connective tissue between Everbrave’s clients, their revenue systems, and our delivery team.
• Own the success of HubSpot-centric client engagements from onboarding through adoption, optimization, and expansion.
• Translate business goals into scalable revenue operations systems.
• Lead complex implementations without becoming the bottleneck.
• Ensure HubSpot delivers measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted RevOps advisor to client Sales, Marketing, and Service leaders.
• Design integration strategies using native tools, APIs, middleware (Zapier, Make.com) and webhooks.
• Define and document RevOps and HubSpot best practices.

RevOps Growth Manager

• Accounting & Controls: Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for our brokerage operations within our CRM and subledgers
• Operational Data & Reporting: Own the process of extracting, validating, and reconciling operational data from our CRM and other source systems into reliable financial outputs; Identify and resolve data discrepancies between operational systems and financial records; work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to address root causes; Build and maintain management reporting that connects operational metrics to financial performance — revenue by carrier, by product, by channel; Track KPIs that give business unit leads visibility into the drivers of their financial results
• Process Transformation & Automation: Identify and implement tools and workflows that drive efficiency in revenue recognition, month-end close, and KPI reporting. Leverage automations to ensure accurate and timely reporting; Build systems and processes that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy and speed across the finance function; Leverage Salesforce and other platforms to connect operational and financial data for more effective reporting and analysis
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist with the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes for the Mortgage and Insurance BUs; Assist with the pricing analysis and modeling for the brokerages, including rate competitiveness, margin optimization, and industry specific economics
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts; Model the right culture — hands-on when needed, strategic when it counts

Finance Manager – Brokerage, Revenue Operations

• Own and deliver accurate revenue forecasts, including pipeline coverage, conversion assumptions, and scenario planning
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecast accountability and pipeline performance
• Analyze revenue and performance trends to support segmentation, targeting, and strategic planning
• Support upsell, renewal, and expansion initiatives in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Own and manage CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), including workflows, automation, integrations, and system configuration
• Design and implement system-driven workflows across the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation through onboarding and expansion
• Build automation and triggers to support handoffs, follow-ups, billing, and expansion opportunities
• Ensure CRM data integrity and maintain visibility into pipeline activity, customer health, and revenue performance
• Develop and implement scalable, standardized processes across the customer lifecycle
• Define and improve ownership structures and handoff processes between Sales and Customer Success
• Serve as a central operational partner to drive alignment across revenue-generating teams
• Eliminate manual processes through automation and workflow optimization initiatives
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable, data-driven solutions

Revenue Operations Manager

• Own month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue recognition. Ensure all revenue-related accounting and reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with U.S. GAAP.
• Perform reconciliations for key revenue accounts, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues to resolution.
• Prepare and review revenue-related journal entries, including analysis of underlying drivers and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Corporate Controller and CFO in the management of financial accounting policies and procedures related to revenue recognition and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Shared Services General Accounting to ensure that the enterprise applies consistent coding and accuracy with journal entry activity across the enterprise.
• Assist with migration of new acquisitions onto our D365 ERP system focusing on validating revenue accounts, deferred/unbilled revenue, and project setup.
• Perform technical accounting review on contracts providing expert knowledge of ASC606 guidance for complex revenue contracts and transactions to ensure proper revenue recognition under US GAAP.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of all standard and non-standard new sales contracts, with a focus on identifying multiple performance obligations and ensuring proper revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Delivery, Legal) to optimize the end-to-end revenue operations process from contract creation to cash collection including the automation and enhancement of processes and systems.

Revenue Manager – Accounting

• Own the integrated GTM plan, quota models, and annual budgeting process in close partnership with the VP, Finance
• Build and maintain board-level forecasting for Subscription, Payments, and Add-On products, tying marketing pipeline and churn drivers to ARR
• Deliver blended revenue forecasts with ≤±5% variance and produce scenario-based models that inform decisions to scale toward 2–3x current ARR
• Audit the full revenue tech stack (HubSpot, marketing-automation, payments platform, product analytics, BI) and maintain a rolling optimization roadmap
• Automate lead-to-cash, renewal, and expansion workflows; own data cleanliness, attribution logic, and compensation engines
• Rationalize GTM tool spend and lead consolidation initiatives that reduce cost without sacrificing capability
• Map and instrument the PLG → sales-assist → expansion funnel; create common definitions, SLAs, and stage-conversion dashboards
• Stand up and maintain PQL scoring models, routing highest-intent signals to SDRs with a PQL → SDR SLA of under 5 minutes
• Drive MQL → SQL and SQL → Closed-Won conversion rate improvements of ≥3 percentage points each year
• Partner with Marketing on pricing and packaging tests, with Product on usage-to-revenue insights, and with Payments on take-rate optimization
• Roll out self-serve dashboards across GTM functions, targeting >80% weekly active usage by GTM leaders
• Define OKRs, reporting cadences, and playbooks so Growth, Marketing, and CX operate from a single source of truth
