About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for the entire Professional Services team.
Proactive Planning and Execution: Utilize a backward-planning approach to anticipate future enablement needs and ensure training is ready well in advance of product launches or process changes.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Professional Services team and other departments, including Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
Content and Resource Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform their knowledge into structured, digestible training materials.
Facilitation and Communication: Act as an exceptional facilitator, leading training sessions and workshops with passion and clarity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in an enablement or learning and development role, preferably with a focus on technical or post-sales teams.
Exceptional Communication & Facilitation: Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly and facilitate engaging training sessions.
High Proactivity: A self-starter who anticipates needs and drives projects forward without constant direction.
Strong Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a methodical approach to project management and planning.
Traits: A passion for enabling others, a collaborative spirit, and a demonstrated ability to get things across the finish line. Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
