Purchasing Specialist

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies based on business, market, and technology trends and establish strong and competitive supply base
• Responsible for purchase of all or a specific portion of productive and/or non-productive materials, supplies, machinery, tooling and/or services
• Negotiate price, terms, and other items to complete full contract package
• Optimize supply performance by analyzing and applying appropriate tools including benchmarking, cost and value chain analysis, negotiations, supply chain analysis
• Work closely with cross functional partners internally and externally to trade off imperatives, identify creative solutions, and gain alignment, incl during RFQ management, change management, Procure to Pay, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction

Senior Global Sourcing Manager – Semiconductors

• Lead sourcing activities to identify, assess, select, and onboard suppliers.
• Partner cross-functionally in the new product development process to gather requirements, issue and negotiate RFPs/RFQs, and identify optimal suppliers.
• Lead negotiations for supply agreements to achieve optimal terms while mitigating risk; identify and address contract non-compliance; enter and manage contracts in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Design and implement the framework for supplier engagement and pricing, ensuring the Purchasing team has a clear, well-documented structure to execute tactical purchase orders.
• Develop deep partnerships with strategic national brand, private-brand, and contract manufacturing suppliers.

• Own end-to-end governance and performance of the ITOC managed service
• Serve as the primary senior interface with service providers

• Oversee service transition, stabilization, and steady-state operations

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process (RFI, RFQ, negotiations, and sourcing recommendations) for EV hardware and accessories for commercial and internal customers.
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring favorable terms regarding IP rights, liability, warranty, and RMAs.
• Establish and monitor KPI metrics and lead Supplier Business Unit Reviews (BURs) to drive continuous improvement, quality, and high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary interface between Indirect/Production Purchasing, Ford charging, PD, Finance, and Legal to align on automotive standards and business goals.

• Lead sourcing and procurement for productive and non‑productive materials, services, equipment, tooling, and finished vehicle logistics
• Develop and execute global and regional commodity and sourcing strategies
• Manage complex global sourcing events including bid list development, RFQs, quote analysis, and cross‑functional alignment
• Coordinate RFQ requirements including Terms & Conditions, SOR compliance, technical documentation, and quality inputs
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract development and amendments, rate management, and spot buys
