About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for data capture, analysis & reporting to assist Trinity Health leadership in achieving operational efficiency
- Audits department information, produces reports & suggests improvements
- Collaborates on performance improvement activities
- Utilizes multiple system applications for analysis, report creation & educational materials
- Maintains working knowledge of applicable laws & regulations
- Collects and validates large datasets for accuracy
- Develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Supports competitive bidding processes and contract optimization opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business, supply chain management, or data science
- At least 3 years of sourcing experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices including intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools
- Ability to identify problems, make recommendations and implement solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service qualities
- Ability to work effectively in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization
