Pricing Manager

• Deliver profit and growth targets through effective development and optimisation of risk pricing models
• Manage and enhance multicar pricing, including oversight of net rate performance and strategic positioning
• Identify and deliver opportunities to grow the multicar book and increase product density across multiple product households
• Develop new insights through the integration of data, analytical techniques, and ways of working
• Continuously improve pricing models to expand competitive reach and address underperforming segments
• Lead and contribute to risk pricing projects that deliver value across the business
• Develop and enhance pricing tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. underwriting, claims, marketing, data science) to align pricing with wider business strategy
• Support and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and constructive peer review
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and performance clearly to a range of stakeholders

Risk Pricing Manager

• Work hands-on to develop and implement property pricing strategies that optimise both occupancy and revenue.
• Continuously monitor property performance and recommend price adjustments based on demand, market trends, and other relevant factors.
• Utilise data to track and compare competitor pricing, ensuring that Houst’s properties remain competitive in the marketplace.
• Analyse large datasets related to property performance, including revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR.
• Interpret models and algorithms to predict trends and opportunities for pricing optimisation.
• Create detailed reports to communicate key insights to the pricing and revenue management teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall revenue management and growth.
• Identify patterns and insights that can be leveraged to maximise the return on properties for clients.
• Support decision-making processes by providing data-backed insights and recommendations.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and market shifts.
• Leverage insights from data to stay ahead of market fluctuations and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Working with the Pricing team on the pricing of National Marketing Campaigns and subsidy costs.
• Preparation / analysis of Centre Profitability Projections for review by Pricing governance in partnership with Sales Team.
• Preparation of month end deliverables including reporting on Yield, Borrowing costs and TFS penetration metrics.
• Ensuring work is in adherence with the agreed Pricing policies and procedures.
• Support in the development of new Pricing models as required.
