Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing parts pricing topics for Daimler Truck UK Ltd
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders for replacement parts of Mercedes-Benz Trucks, FUSO Trucks, Special Vehicles, Oils, and accessories
  • Managing specialist pricing, ordering, and procurement processes for customer fulfilment
  • Ensuring parts pricing alignment with market expectations and DTUK positioning criteria
  • Implementing parts price files into systems and ensuring error-free updates
  • Analysing competitor pricing and feedback to maintain competitive prices
  • Overseeing parts supply chain compliance and growth opportunities
  • Preparing board papers detailing pricing changes with financial analysis
  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for revenue growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly detail-oriented individual with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Genuine interest in the automotive sector
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • Confident in developing business cases and assessing financial, operational and market implications of pricing proposals
  • Understanding of the commercial vehicle parts market and broader competitive landscape
  • Knowledge of customer service and parts supply chains
  • Experience in agency management (advantageous)
  • Ability to produce insightful management reports and recommend actions based on commercial logic
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and advanced MS Office skills
