About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop creative fee proposals and complete RFPs for current and prospective clients.
Analyze client financial performance data to identify opportunities for improved returns.
Engage with partners quarterly to review practice profitability and recommend actions.
Monitor and manage regional rate cards, ensuring consistency and alignment.
Track fee arrangement expirations and coordinate renewals with partners and clients.
Implement tools and standardize processes for pricing reviews and approvals.
Streamline data flow for informed decision-making and ensure quality assurance.
Work closely with Business Development on client initiatives and RFP responses.
Coordinate with global colleagues on fee agreement renewals and renegotiations.
Facilitate clear communication and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
Audit compliance with existing fee agreements and identify missed opportunities.
Create visualizations (graphs, charts) to explain data and demonstrate trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
3-5 years in financial analysis, pricing, revenue management, or legal service delivery.
Law firm or partnership experience preferred.
Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, modeling).
Familiarity with financial reporting systems (Elite 3E preferred).
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Proactive, confident, and resilient in the face of ambiguity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
