About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Developing and enhancing pricing models, rating structures, and optimisation techniques to support business objectives
Working closely with underwriting, analytics, and business stakeholders to provide insight and recommendations for pricing decisions
Contributing to continuous improvement by automating, streamlining, and documenting pricing processes and tools
Using and developing expertise in pricing and analytical platforms, including Radar, Emblem, SAS, SQL, and Python
Presenting technical proposals to stakeholders to support governance and decision-making processes
Leading projects and managing key relationships, while supporting the development of others

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Pricing, Data Science, or Actuarial function in an insurance environment
Numerical Skills
A keen eye for problem solving with a willingness to learn and ask questions
A collaborative approach and the confidence to share ideas and work independently
An organised and thoughtful way of working
A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
