Manager

• Acting as a strong deputy to the Head of IT Iberia, supporting operational leadership and execution across Portugal and Spain.
• Supporting the Global Service Delivery agenda, ensuring successful transition and rollout of services into the new operating model.

• Develop detailed transition plans, cutover strategies, and migration waves
• Establish and enforce service transition acceptance criteria. Ensure readiness across:
• o Processes (ITIL, support model)

• Lead go-live readiness reviews and hypercare phases
• Support the rollout and stabilisation of the Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC)
• Lead transition activities with external providers:
• o Onboarding new vendors

• Coordinate transition rollout across multiple markets (Portugal, Spain, Europe)
• Identify and mitigate transition risks and dependencies
• Establish governance mechanisms to track:

Global IT Transition – Service Readiness Manager

• Originating and developing renewable energy projects (solar PV, wind and BESS)
• Managing project development and permitting processes
• Coordinating legal, technical and commercial due diligence with internal teams and external partners
• Negotiating with landowners and strategic stakeholders
• Preparing financial models to assess project returns and supporting investment and divestment decisions

Development Manager

• Maximize eCommerce and Lead Gen Results: Manage and optimize digital performance campaigns to ensure sustainable growth of online sales and the leads generated for the business.
• Develop Performance Strategies: Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital media strategies.
• Seasonal and Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns focused on key e-commerce moments (e.g., Black Friday, sales, product launches), maximizing commercial impact.
• Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, generating actionable insights and detailed reports.

Performance Manager

• Develop and consolidate advanced methodologies for performance analysis of photovoltaic assets, including assessment of energy losses, equipment degradation, and benchmarking across plants;
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the O&M area through the definition of technical standards, best practices, and continuous process evolution;
• Ensure a structured approach to incident management and operational data analysis, guaranteeing reliable historical data, identification of recurrence patterns, and root cause analysis;
• Lead the technical analysis of complex failures in photovoltaic assets, focusing on the identification of structural causes and definition of sustainable medium- and long-term solutions (without direct operational intervention);
• Act as an escalation point for highly complex technical topics, supporting maintenance teams, supervisors, and subcontractors through technical guidance and validation rather than direct execution;
• Promote the optimisation of asset operations based on KPI analysis, performance metrics, and compliance with contractual SLAs, identifying improvement and efficiency opportunities;
• Coordinate, at a strategic level, the follow-up of critical incidents, ensuring alignment across teams and minimising the impact on asset availability;
• Ensure interface with manufacturers and other stakeholders to resolve complex situations, including analysis of electrical events and validation of technical solutions;
• Guarantee consistency between reported data and operational reality, promoting data integrity and reliability;
• Define and implement structured processes (SOPs, workflows), ensuring operational consistency and scalability;
• Ensure effective coordination with relevant stakeholders, providing clear communication on performance, risks, and operational challenges;
• Contribute to the preparation and continuous improvement of Integrated Management System (IMS/SGI) documentation applicable to the area.

Senior Manager, PV Plants

• Accountable for the end-to-end transition of services from local delivery to the GSSC model.
• Acts as the primary conduit between in-country operations and global service delivery teams.
• Owns local operational acceptance, ensuring services meet security, regulatory, resilience, and business readiness requirements.
• Coordinates knowledge transfer, documentation, handover, and stabilisation activities.
• Leads change adoption with local IT teams and business stakeholders through structured communication and training.
• Ensures services delivered by the GSSC meet agreed SLAs, XLAs, and business outcomes.
• Provides in-country oversight of incidents, service requests, changes, and escalations.
• Uses service data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drives continuous service improvement in partnership with global service owners.
• Governs centrally driven changes impacting the country, ensuring local impact and dependency assessment.
• Acts as in-country escalation owner for major and high-impact incidents.
• Coordinates with GSSC, global towers, and suppliers to minimise business disruption.
• Manages services that remain outside GSSC scope, ensuring retained services comply with global security, architecture, and operational standards.
• Monitors performance against KPIs and contractual obligations with local suppliers and partners.
• Supports the global strategy to exit local data centres and migrate services to cloud platforms.
• Manages local break-fix and on-site support arrangements.

In-Country Service Delivery Manager

• Facilitates the generation and revision of all Quality Management System (QMS) Documents
• Supports the risk assessment, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) Plan generation for all Quality Events
• Drives the completion of relevant quality sections of Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Request for Information(RFIs)/quality assessments
• Assists with the Computer System Validation (CSV) of all systems across the company
• Prepare, conduct and follow up internal and vendor audits and the management of the resultant CAPA
• Assists with hosting external audits
• Provides input into the quality section of RFI / RFP and quality assessments
• Maintains a library of questions and robust agreed answers
• Prepares, conducts and follows up on internal GxP audits

• Ensure and lead the global management of Circularity and Sustainability Certification services
• Maintain or extend the scope of accreditations / approvals in line with the Circularity and Sustainability Certification strategy
• Work proactively with the BA Global Accreditation Manager and Global ESGACC Manager
• Ensure global internal and external KPIs are met
