Learning and Development

• Support the development and implementation of learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
• Deliver and coordinate training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and assist in developing targeted training solutions.
• Support and guide Ambassadors across our four Innovation Centers, providing coaching and day-to-day direction.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and basic reporting.
• Help create and update training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, and job aids.
• Ensure training activities follow organizational standards and established best practices.
• Support training compliance efforts and assist with audit readiness across our four Innovation Centers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for employees.
• Track completion of required certifications and compliance training.
• Assist in preparing reports on training completion, compliance status, and potential gaps.
• Partner with internal teams to help meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Other duties/responsibilities as necessary.

Learning Specialist

• In partnership with HR Leads, define and execute an annual talent development roadmap for the Super Region, aligned to each Hub’s business strategy
• Conduct needs analysis to identify capability gaps and specific local development priorities
• Proactively consult and partner with the broader Talent Development team and regional HR Leads to ensure both regional and enterprise-wide programs are consistently aligned, grounded in desired business outcomes
• Share regional insights that inform and improve the quality and effectiveness of enterprise programs and solutions
• Balance enterprise commitments with regional priorities, effectively managing capacity and stakeholder expectations across both scopes
• Proactively cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with regional business leaders, HR Leads, and COE team members
• Own a specific enterprise-wide talent portfolio – overseeing design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs within the portfolio
• Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness, ROI and learner impact
• Design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences, including workshops, cohort programs, experiential development opportunities
• Partner with regional business leaders and HR Leads to assess organizational health, identify structural optimization opportunities, and lead or support the design and implementation of solutions
• Design and implement change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans and adoption measures
• Proactively identify change risks, readiness gaps, and capability needs across the business and HR community

Regional Talent Development Leader

• Translate existing documents such as standardized work, standing operating procedures, and work instructions into target languages using direct knowledge of target language and AI tools, ensuring sensibility and accuracy of translations.
• Develop new materials as required in English or target languages using templates in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Work with colleagues in target language sites in France, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, and China to ensure accuracy of translations.
• Assist in refining current digital library of materials. These documents are training materials for our colleagues to use in their preferred languages.

Intern, Global Learning & Development

• Complete and pass Everise New Trainer Onboarding and Client Certification requirements.
• Become a Master Certified Trainer through additional Client Certification.
• Deliver new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service and sales skills, client product knowledge, as well as Everise policies and procedures.
• Deliver new hire or upskilling in virtual or brick and mortar facility
• Maintain a throughput rate of 85% graduates per training class
• Partner with Everise leadership in curriculum feedback and modification. Assist in developing associated supporting materials.
• Ensure that all Champions are actively engaged in the training process through the planning and implementation of activities and use of camera.
• Prepare lesson plans and course agenda for each training class, per client mandated training.
• Conduct proficiency evaluations and certify Champions for the programs to which they are assigned.
• In conjunction with Operations and Quality, work together in the continued development of Champions to reach optimal performance.
• Conduct ongoing refresher and cross-training modules in critical areas as identified by the quality and operations teams.
• Adherence and accountability of training standard operating procedures, processes and trainer scorecard.
• While not actively training a class, the Trainer Level 2 will take phone calls, per an Operations schedule (8 hours per day), with passing Quality Evaluations scores (passing = line of business KPI target) to retain certification as a Trainer.
• While not actively training a class, the Trainer Level 3 could move into a Supervisor role with Operations if hired into a Hybrid role. This change in job role could lead to a schedule change in Operations.

Seasonal Lead Training Coordinator

• Implement and facilitate global People & Culture learning initiatives and programs across the designated region.
• Work closely with P&C and management in the region, to identify business needs, and support the execution of local learning and development initiatives aligned with those needs.
• Ensure alignment with global strategies while tailoring programs to regional requirements.
• Actively contribute to the design, development, administration and project management of global L&D programs and initiatives as part of the CoE team.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), for topics such as Safety and Compliance training tailored to local requirements.
• Support roll out of other global initiatives within the People Development function's responsibility; such as talent development and employee engagement initiatives.

Learning & Development Manager

• Lead and manage the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, user access, content administration, reporting, and system optimization.
• Establish and enforce training standards, governance policies, and quality controls across departments, including compliance oversight and version control.
• Develop and maintain organization-wide training content focused on leadership, onboarding, performance management, and core HR practices.
• Support departments and stakeholders by enabling course development, LMS adoption, and organization-wide training rollouts.
• Drive reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement by monitoring training metrics, advising leadership, and enhancing workforce readiness and performance.

Training Manager

• Draft, format, and refine training materials, enablement guides, and documentation
• Maintain and organize content libraries and knowledge repositories
• Update and rewrite existing training decks and process documents
• Transcribe and document workflows and SOPs
• Maintain document templates and ensure proper filing and version control
• Conduct periodic audits of existing documentation
• Develop AI-assisted first drafts of internal communications
• Manage distribution lists and maintain the internal communications calendar
• Own the editorial process for internal comms
• Manage end-to-end logistics for team members attending industry conferences and external events
• Write event communications, attendee-facing materials, agendas, and post-event recap summaries
• Coordinate with content contributors and track deadlines across the content calendar
• Build and maintain dashboards or trackers for adoption metrics and team feedback
• Schedule cross-functional meetings, take notes, and distribute clear action item recaps.
