IT Engineer, MSP – Support

• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on decision-makers in IT, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute a high-volume outreach strategy including 50–60 cold calls per day, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
• Technical Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess tech stacks, cloud environments, and data center needs using BANT or MEDDPIC frameworks.
• Solution Mapping: Effectively communicate the value of complex solutions (Servers, Cloud, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity) to both technical CTOs and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pipeline Management: Drive a consistent pipeline with a target of 15 qualified meetings per month and a monthly revenue target of £100,000.
• Full-Cycle Engagement: Manage leads through the qualification process, including closing, upselling, cross-selling, and account management.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends like Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing, and AI to provide expert-led consultations.

Sales Development Representative – IT Infrastructure

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation channels.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers based on ideal client profiles.
• Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and sales teams.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect’s tech stack, cloud environment, and business challenges.
• Communicate the value of IT and technology solutions including Cloud, SaaS, Networking, Cybersecurity, and AI infrastructure.
• Manage and update CRM systems to maintain accurate pipeline tracking and seamless hand-offs.
• Stay informed on industry trends such as Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing, AI infrastructure, and digital transformation.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.

Outbound Sales Representative – IT Infrastructure

• Plan the delivery of assigned audits to a high quality and in line with IA methodology
• Perform detailed risk assessments, identifying operational and compliance vulnerabilities and conducting control testing
• Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control frameworks
• Manage audits and Issue Validations within Key Performance timelines and resource budget
• Deliver high quality audit reports, aligned to the IA methodology
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarizing findings, risk exposures, and remediation plans
• Contribute to annual planning, identifying auditable entities and assessing audit needs
• Actively play a senior role in the Financial Crime key Management Committees

Internal Audit Manager – Financial Crime

• Manage user mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes
• Implement and manage MFA for users to enhance security.
• Manage provision access for all company applications, ensuring users have the appropriate permissions.
• Maintain records of access levels and update them based on role changes or organizational requirements.
• Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all IT requirements are set up for new hires.
• Configure and prepare new and existing PCs for deployment, ensuring all software and configurations meet company standards.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications as needed.
• Ensure all software licenses are managed and compliant with company policies.
• Provide support and training for end users on the effective use of software applications.
• Triage incoming helpdesk tickets and assign them based on priority and expertise needed.
