HR Generalist – FMCG

• Provide maternity cover within the HR team
• Responsible for payroll and benefits administration
• Deliver broad HR support across the organization
• Accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll across designated countries
• Own end-to-end payroll processing including review and validation of payroll inputs and outputs
• Ensure full compliance with payroll legislation

• Own and support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation, role changes, promotions and offboarding
