HR Generalist – FMCG
Teamworx RecruitmentHR Generalist providing strategic and operational HR support within the FMCG sector. Managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring adherence to employment legislation.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, leave management, onboarding, and off boarding.
- Maintain accurate HR and Health & Safety records using the HR system.
- Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal HR policies.
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and case management.
- Participate in trade union discussions and negotiations as required.
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including job specifications, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Assist with employee engagement and recognition activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and projects.
- Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Third-level qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, including employee relations exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion, judgement, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
