About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, leave management, onboarding, and off boarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR and Health & Safety records using the HR system.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal HR policies.
  • Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and case management.
  • Participate in trade union discussions and negotiations as required.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including job specifications, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Assist with employee engagement and recognition activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and projects.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Third-level qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, including employee relations exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion, judgement, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
