Operations

• Analyse operational and performance reports to identify efficiency opportunities and support profitability improvement.
• Support Health & Safety compliance across the network, preparing branches for audit visits.
• Lead weekly network performance calls and track progress against KPIs.
• Partner with Regional Managers on reporting and performance delivery.
• Conduct quarterly branch audits and present findings to Station Managers.
• Develop and deliver operational improvement plans based on performance insights.
• Assist with reporting automation in partnership with the Business Analysis function.
• Maintain fuel, pricing, forecasting and resource planning reports.
• Manage month-end operational submissions and coordinate with station teams.
• Support budget planning across revenue and cost lines.
• Deliver project work across operations and change initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding, training support and the rollout of digital training tools.
• Provide occasional branch staffing assistance if required.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting to the Operations Director.
