Human Resources Administrator
Griffith CollegeHR Administrator supporting operational and strategic HR activities at Griffith College. Managing recruitment cycles and compliance while fostering employee relations across multiple campuses.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from beginning to end
- Support hiring initiatives and be proactive in finding new recruiting sources
- Assist in the maintenance of compliance with local employment legislation
- Build strong partnerships with employees and managers in Dublin, Cork and Limerick
- Support and occasionally manage any HR projects/programmes as needed by the College
- Update HR metrics on a regular basis
- Work with the payroll department on pay related matters
- Maintain a favorable employee relations climate by advising employees
- Day to day general HR duties and activities including administration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or a related field
- CIPD accreditation preferred
- At least 2-3 years of experience working as HR Administrator
