Product Counsel, Lawyer

• Contribute to the mission through providing legal, healthcare regulatory and compliance guidance across the Company’s product lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws while partnering with marketing, sales, medical strategy, medical education, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical publications and other business teams as requested to manage risk and embed compliance from design to launch

Global Head of Product, Regulatory and Compliance Legal

• Work with liability claims and outside counsel on appeals, dispositive motions, and motions in limine in premises liability and New York Labor Law claims.
• Review and analyze summary judgment decisions for merits of a potential appeal.
• Draft and argue appeals on behalf of GNY’s insureds.

• Advise on general business law issues and manage the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigations and sustainability issues;
• Attend meeting with clients, suppliers and/or project team;
