About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage entity setups, inter-company agreements, and corporate housekeeping
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements (including B2B, SaaS, licensing, marketing, and contractor deals)
- Build out reports, standard terms, contract templates, and foundational legal documentation
- Oversee IP management and maintain centralized trademark register
- Act as the go-to legal advisor for internal business teams and liaise with CSPs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- 5+ years of experience, most of it senior-level, with real hands-on contract drafting
- Solid corporate law background in multi-jurisdictional environment
- Experience in iGaming (or fintech/payments)
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and build things from scratch
- Flags problems and open questions clearly, escalating to the CLO
