Senior Inspector, BESS

• Provide excellent customer service to students from around the world
• Manage the 1:1 communication with prospective students
• Answer prospects queries with accuracy, speed and enthusiasm
• Support students throughout the decision-making process to increase enrolments
• Learn effective questioning and rapport-building to market and promote the Client
• Introduced to Account Management responsibilities
• Collect intelligence from students to report back to partner institutions
• Improve the enquiry experience for students with great customer service, soft sales and provision of accurate information via phone, email and other communication platforms
• Contribute to account meetings and share feedback and findings following engagement with students

Student Enrolment Advisor, 12-month contract

• Finish daily on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System, EHS Management System and Compliance requirement
• Use MRP output, leverage with historic usage data, and follow with Kanban system to release purchase order
• Monitor open PO if any demand changes, including advance PO or delay/cancel open PO to ensure timely supply
• Suppliers management to solve delivery delay, delivery quality, material quality and return & replace issues
• Material forecast demand to suppliers to prepare stock in advance
