About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the department manager in leading and managing a team of customer service clerks
Be the contact window to manage the hub inventory
Follow up the customers’ instruction for on-hold/release, return, transferring, reworking, receiving, discrepancy & re-declaration handling
Coordinate for shipment inbound, outbound and delivery activities of Customers
Work closely with network and internal department to follow up customer’s critical requirement
Establishes and maintains good relationships with customer
Monthly cost verification & application for payment to local vendors, and book accrued revenue & cost on monthly basis

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Administration
3 years of experience in a related capacity
General command of foreign language (English)
