About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the department manager in leading and managing a team of customer service clerks
  • Be the contact window to manage the hub inventory
  • Follow up the customers’ instruction for on-hold/release, return, transferring, reworking, receiving, discrepancy & re-declaration handling
  • Coordinate for shipment inbound, outbound and delivery activities of Customers
  • Work closely with network and internal department to follow up customer’s critical requirement
  • Establishes and maintains good relationships with customer
  • Monthly cost verification & application for payment to local vendors, and book accrued revenue & cost on monthly basis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Administration
  • 3 years of experience in a related capacity
  • General command of foreign language (English)
