About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • 参与管理和制定渠道合作伙伴的业绩KPI,确保完成公司下达的渠道销售指标,定期联动销售团队对渠道伙伴进行KPI Review、策略培训、做好行为改善和绩效提升;
  • 定期保持与大型商业公司及各区域优质渠道的拜访,根据公司业务拓展需求 掌握省级/KA医院的准入政策、流程,关键人员,有效的对非临客户进行拜访和市场覆盖;
  • 参与拓展各类销售渠道,获取优质、有效的渠道信息,招商活动的开展;
  • 熟练掌握经销商管理相关流程、合同、及合规要求,及时向销售团队及经销商传达公司政策、KPI管理和激励计划等重要信息,确保合作伙伴了解并执行公司策略;
  • 保持与合作伙伴的日常沟通与协调,了解合作伙伴的需求与反馈、提供必要的支持与资源,帮助合作伙伴提升销售能力和业绩;根据需求协调资源组织渠道培训,提高合作伙伴的产品知识和销售技巧;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 本科以上学历,5年以上相关行业工作经验;
  • 3年以上商务管理或者销售区域管理经验,有招商拓展和KA准入经验优先;
  • 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析判断能力,良好的商务谈判技巧、沟通能力、会议组织能力;
  • 掌握基本的财务、法务知识,熟练使用数据分析工具excel ,PPT ,AI 工具;
  • 具备较强的学习能力及团队合作精神;
  • 具备远程办公经验并接受一定程度的出差;
