Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new functionality as part of an ongoing consolidation project
• Support system integration tasks by connecting existing services, applications, and data sources in a reliable and maintainable way

• Manage team capacity and competency planning to ensure resources are aligned with project requirements
• Develop and own system verification and integration plans in direct collaboration with development teams and project stakeholders
• Define clear acceptance criteria for system requirements in cooperation with product managers and engineers
• Create and execute detailed test cases to validate systems, hardware, and software
• Lead the overall validation and verification strategy
• Drive test automation by designing automation schemes and integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines

• Own the technical resolution to multiple complex steam turbine issues while mentoring and training of others in areas of expertise and experience.

• Provide leadership in coordinating and presenting at technical conferences and other customer facing events.
• Provide technical support for new unit installation and outage work scopes providing ER support for critical issues.

• End-to-end feature development: analyze requirements, plan and delegate implementation with LLM agents (Claude Code / Codex), review outputs, test locally, create pull requests and merge
• Debugging in a microservice system (~20 services in TypeScript and Go) — structured troubleshooting using REST clients, BigQuery, and Cloud Run logs
• Review dynamic HTML reports: check product-mapping groups, confirm backfills, resolve duplicates, and export documented decisions
• On-site technical contact at the warehouse for operational incidents
