About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the development of our backend, frontend and API.
- Independently implement new features and play an active role in architecture and technology decisions.
- Develop a high-performance, user-friendly application.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience developing with modern frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot or Laravel.
- Rails experience is a plus; strong full-stack competence is expected.
- Enjoy frontend development.
- Familiarity with AWS or a willingness to work with AWS technologies.
- Experience with unit, integration, or end-to-end testing (e.g., with Cypress).
- Experience working in agile teams with CI/CD processes, ideally using GitHub Actions.
- A holistic understanding of the application and experience working on both backend and frontend.
- Willingness to learn new topics and technologies and to solve complex problems creatively.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
